Bio: Dr. Zinkel is the current chief resident at the University of Illinois at Chicago Emergency Medicine Residency Program. He is also the current president of the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association, an organization whose mission is to promote excellence in patient care through the education and development of emergency medicine residency trained physicians.

Dr. Zinkel graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2005 and is currently completing his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Upon completion, he will be working as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency in St. Paul, Minnesota.
